claimant and provided to Mommies Priceless Moments. Mommies Priceless Moments has
the sole discretion to utilize all protected content in any manner that it deems acceptable.
Use of this website is limited to personal non-commercial use only, and all other uses are
strictly prohibited.
YOU MAY NOT OTHERWISE MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, PUBLISH, REPOST, COLLATE INTO A DATATBASE, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS, OR A DISTRIBUTE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, IN ANY MANNER, THE CONTENT FOUND ON MOMMIES PRICELESS MOMENTS, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, FORMATTING, OR LAYOUTS.

You agree to grant Mommies Priceless Moments, its agents, successors and assigns, an exclusive, royalty-free, license, with the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and materials and information that you submit or that you mail/fax to any addresses under the direction and control of Mommies Priceless Moments, its agents, successors, and assigns. Any content communicated to Mommies Priceless Moments shall become its sole and exclusive copyrighted property. You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and that you are solely responsible for the submission, including any the veracity, originality, and potential liability of the content itself. You agree that you shall make no claims against Mommies Priceless Moments for any alleged or actual infringement for use of material that you submit. All submissions must be from contributors age eighteen (18) or older, who are legal permanent residents, or naturalized citizens of the 50 states of the United States, excluding U.S. territories.
U.S. military personnel must possess a mailing address within the 50 states of the United States. All contact information provided to Mommies Priceless Moments must be accurate and updated. Not responsible for lost, missing, or incomplete submissions.
3. USE OF WEBSITE
You understand that, except for original information created and posted by Mommies Priceless
Moments, that we do not endorse third party content in any way. You understand that Mommies Priceless Moments does not warrant the reliability of the content or the security of information
transmitted through the website, and does not warrant the archival nature of any submitted content.
You are responsible for satisfying your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output,
and for maintaining backup files if you wish to retrieve any lost data. Mommies Priceless Moments and all of its content is provided on an AS-IS basis. There are no representations known or knowable to the
merchantability of accuracy of any information contained herein, and Mommies Priceless Moments assumes no duty to correct or remedy any errors contained herein.

Mommies Priceless Moments shall also comply with any directive under law or equity to provide and produce such content in order to enforce the terms of use, comply with rules and regulations governing any prize contests, or as otherwise
permitted by law.
4. LIMITAION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL MOMMIES PRICELESS MOMENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR DIRECT DAMAGES REGARDLESS OF THE ASCERTAINABLE NATURE OF ANY LOSS OR CLAIM DUE TO USE AND SUBMISSION TO THIS WEBSITE, ITS AGENTS, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS. MOMMIES PRICELESS MOMENTS IS NOT AND NEVER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD PARTY CONTENT LINKED THROUGH ITS WEBSITE OR TO THIS WEBSITE BY ANY OTHER INTERNET DOMAIN. MOMMIES PRICELESS MOMENTS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY INDEPENDENT ENTERPRISE AND DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES THROUGH THE ACTS OR OMMISIONS OF THIRD PARTIES.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mommies Priceless Moments, its agents, successors and assigns, from any losses or damages resulting from your breach of this user agreement or by the acts and omissions of any other principal or agent to which you grant the rights and authority vested herein.
6. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE AFFIRMATIVELY DISCLAIMED OR TERMINATED, SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT SO LONG AS ITS OPERATIONS REMAIN A GOING CONCERN, OR SUCH RIGHTS OF MOMMIES PRICELESS MOMENTS HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO ITS AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS.
7. VENUE
This site is created and controlled by Mommies Priceless Moments headquartered in the State of California, USA. All terms herein are governed by the laws of the State of California and any claims shall be adjudicated in this forum. Mommies Priceless Moments does not, unless affirmatively indicated, waive its right to operate under the laws of the State of California. Any claims against Mommies Priceless Moments, its agents, successors, or assigns must be noticed in writing within six (6) months prior to commencing any legal action, and any legal proceeding must be filed within twelve (12) months of discovery of claim, or the claimant shall be forever barred from raising said issues.
8. SURVIVABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining terms of use shall remain in full force and effect.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED HEREIN, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE ACCESS TO MOMMIES PRICELESS MOMENTS IMMEDIATELY.
9. CONTEST RULES
Mommies Priceless Moments is currently promoting a writing contest to solicit unique stories about your interesting personal experiences about raising children. There are no limits to the number of separate story submissions, except that the basis of each story must relate to the current submission topic. A prize winner will be selected among the submissions and Fifty US Dollars ($50 USD) prize will be awarded for the judge’s choice before the end of the next subsequent submission period.
A) Submission Topics
Approximately every two months, roughly within a sixty (60) day period, a new submission topic will be posted on the website. Please check regularly for postings of our newest topics and audience submissions. Each topic will request submissions of your verifiable personal short stories and real-life experiences relevant to the topic. All submissions must be factual in nature, refrain from vulgarity, innuendo, or obscenity, and must comport to appropriateness for general audiences.
Any submissions received subsequent to the two month period that do not related to the current submission topic will not be considered for contention of the cash prize by the panel of judges.
B) Submission Criteria
All submissions must be firsthand accounts of experiences raising children. Each essay must be at least 100 word long, and contain sufficient detail for an average reader to understand the foundation and outcome of your experiences. We reserve the right to follow up for additional information to ensure completeness of the material facts of your story. We welcome humorous, witty, novel, and simply incredulous submissions. Sometimes the most unusual stories make the best ones to tell.
Electronic submissions may be proffered through the Internet on this website. Hardcopy submissions may be mailed to our PO BOX listed below.

C) Panel Review Criteria
A panel of judges selected by Mommies Priceless Moments will review all story submissions and will select a winner for the most memorable/unique story by majority vote. The review period is two months, or roughly sixty (60) days. Therefore, by the time the next topic expires for solicitation, a winner will be chosen from the previous session.
D) Notifications
Prize winners will be notified by the same mode of communication as the original submission. Submissions by internet will receive an email notification to the email address indicated on the submission for. Submissions by mail will receive a written notification via USPS 1st Class mail to the return address on the submission form. Notifications of the winner for each submission period will be sent within one week after finalization by judge’s choice.
E) Prize Claim
Contest winners must respond promptly to claim the monetary prize. Winners who submit via Internet/Email must reply to the electronic claim notice within ten (10) calendar days to claim the monetary prize. Winners who submit via written hardcopy must reply to a mailed claim notice, postmarked within twenty (20) calendar days to claim the monetary prize. No exceptions or extensions. Winners will be issued documents for tax reporting purposes which must be completed and returned prior to claiming prize. If no winners claim the prize within the allotted time during each two-month submission period, the prize is deemed forfeited.
F) Waiver for Future Publication
Mommies Priceless Moments retains its right to publish, republish, distribute, compile, and provide to third parties any content submitted to its Internet website or its PO BOX. In the event Mommies Priceless Moments elects to publish a hardcopy print compilation of user submissions, then Mommies Priceless Moments agrees to offer consideration in the value of Fifty US Dollars ($50 USD) as a bonus for use of each individual’s separate story content. All other forms of publication that are not in hardcopy print, whether electronic book, reposted on a mirror website, or otherwise digitized, do not qualify for payment of the additional Fifty US Dollars ($50 USD) bonus. Mommies Priceless Moments notwithstanding any terms to the contrary, retains full intellectual property rights to all content submitted to its agents, successors, and assigns.
